Spalling, cracked or worn concrete lets water into places it should not reach and only gets more expensive to correct. We repair and restore concrete using a specialist waterproofing method that seals from inside the concrete rather than sitting on the surface, so it holds back water from either side, including below ground and under pressure. Because the seal becomes part of the structure it cannot peel, and it keeps working for the life of the building. We also keep concrete condition on the maintenance schedule rather than waiting for a failure.
